Stephen Koshy - Civil Engineer, Scientist, Administrator

Stephen Koshy, a civil servant believes that the needs of society is of foremost importance. His entire career has been projected towards meeting such needs. Mr. Koshy, formerly as director of Central Water Commission in India, discovered and intervened in the implementation of damaging projects. His pursuit in societal needs has lead him to discover methods for cleaning Los Angeles air quality and solving the water needs of Southern California. More recently Mr. Koshy discovered that, the U.S. Army Corp of Engineer's proposal, to breach the Snake River Dam would be a regional disaster. Mr. Koshy, welcomes the opportunity to meet those who share a passion for societal development.
